In case any of you don’t already know, I have opened my very own restaurant called Seasons Cuisine which is situated where Col’cacchio’s used to be in the Naturally Yours center above Weleda Pharmacy in Bryanston.

It is so important these days to know where our food comes from, how it is prepared and the ethics behind it.

This was the basis of my exciting new concept restaurant which promotes healthy, organic, delicious and nutritious food. All our food is cooked in healthy fats only, all proteins are organic which includes, meat, venison, and eggs. Most of the vegetables are produced by my own farms, as well as partnering with local farmers. Examples of these can be seen in the restaurant and on our website. * Breakfast’s - At this time we are open for lunches and dinners, however, I am excited to say that after many requests, we will shortly be serving breakfasts to add to our menu. (As soon as our breakfast menu is finalised, we will share this with you.)

EVENTS & SPECIALS

Valentine’s Day is coming up and we are hosting a fabulous dinner/dance on the 14th of February. Book now for you and your loved one for a romantic evening and enjoy live music and dancing with our resident musician Johnny Leandros. Friday Evening Cocktails & Live Music - Starting from February, every Friday, we will have our cocktails and live music from 5 till 9pm. Beat the traffic and pop in for a relaxed fun evening and network with like-minded people.

SEASONS TALK

Every Thursday at Seasons Cuisine, we host a number of exciting and informative talks. These talks are very popular and there is a cover charge. Snack platters will be provided inclusive of the price, but beverages will be for your own account. Bookings are essential.

NEWS FROM “WELEDA PHARMACY & NATURALLY YOURS”

Theraphi Machine

Our new exciting Theraphi machine uses plasma technology, ( sound, light and frequency) which basically puts one into a bliss state and re-organises your DNA. The more ill you are the greater results. When one is well, you go into a complete state of harmony which rebalances and re-organises. This machine will decrease one’s appetite and will prevent disharmony in one’s self and one’s environment. Julie from Weleda Bryanston will be the custodian of this wonderful new machine. Cornerstone Foundation

Did you know that there are approx. 5000 woman within a 5km radius from our building who are abused in some way or another. Weleda Pharmacy/Naturally Yours is partnering with the Cornerstone foundation for abused women and they will be practising from our building. We will send out further details once the process is more clear and their fund-raising events will be taking place at Seasons Cuisine. We hope that you would support this good cause.

Fresh Organic Produce – (Weleda Bryanston)

Weleda at Naturally Yours are starting to sell more organic produce straight from our farms which will arrive fresh on a Wednesday morning and then also possibly on a Friday. Please send us your details (name and cell number to seasons.cuisine1@gmail.com with the heading “Vegies” so that we can add you to our whatsapp & email group to let you know what fresh produce we have in stock.

Radio – Live Chats

I am also partnering with a number of radio stations. Our first station that we are collaborating with is Eden Radio. They will be doing features and live discussions on numerous topics on a weekly basis as of Tuesday 7th February at 12h00 – 13h00. So tune into 1368AM/MW to listen. (These weekly podcasts will be linked to our website after they have taken place, so if you miss out you can always visit our site to hear the chats).
